SIAT OneWrap

The SIAT OneWrap is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping pallet loads using stretch film. It provides the right solution for most typical pallet wrapping needs in the warehouse.

Depending on the head type, it is equipped with a mechanical or electromagnetic brake (EM/M/FM) or a motorised stretch film stretching mechanism (SM – 90% / LP – 240%).

Of special note is the new, redesigned control panel with intuitive, easy-to-read icons. It can be used to set 10 different operating programmes to achieve an extremely consistent packing cycle for a given product.

Options and additional accessories

Different carriage speed in ascending and descending phases.
Upper sheet application cycle with programmable amount of carriage descent before pause (time delay).
Number of wrapping repetitions programmable from the control panel (time delay).
The cycle can be stopped at any time and then resumed (useful when using corner protection).
Large display with two digits to show the parameters to be adjusted (speed, number of loops, film tension, wrapping, times, top sheet drop level and error code display).
