Laminate is a combination of bubble wrap and polyethylene foam produced from low-density polyethylene LDPE. It guarantees the highest level of product protection in transport due to its tear strength, excellent cushioning and water resistance. Thanks to the foam layer, the bubbles in bubble wrap are more resistant to bursting. It is a material that is readily used in the furniture industry for packing heavy furniture. It can be successfully used as a substitute for two materials, e.g. cardboard and bubble wrap, which shortens the packing process.

PE foam and bubble wrap laminate can also be produced for you in the form of a roll with perforations inserted at an ordered distance. In this way, the desired piece of material is simply torn off the roll – scissors or a knife are not required. Perforated rolls standardise the quantity of material to be picked, which can bring real savings to the packaging process.
