For thousands of small but crucial components, we offer robust bubble wrap bags and matching cardboard boxes. This is a system that makes packaging easier, protects against dust and moisture and allows easy identification of the product.

You can order bubble wrap bags with a glue strip, which removes the need for scissors and tape at this stage of the packing process, thus speeding up the process.

Which materials are worth using for packaging metal components and structures depends on the packaging system you adopt and what you produce. However, this can almost always be optimised:

changing the form of the materials used to one that speeds up the process (e.g. opting for pouches instead of rolls),
reducing the number of layers of materials used (one reinforced layer can be used instead of 2, reducing the space required for storage of packaging materials and speeding up packaging)
making it easier to work in the warehouse by colouring different types of foam in different colours,
by ordering a customised product - for your specific product (e.g. PE foam mouldings or shapes).
