What do we do?
We are one of the leading Polish manufacturers of bubble wrap and polyethylene foam. We supply both standard products and solutions manufactured according to individual customer requirements – in terms of dimensions, colours, grammage and form. We offer foam and film not only in rolls, but also as sheets, bags, half-sleeves and sleeves.
Over more than 30 years of our development – and the development of our customers – we have expanded our product range to more than 11,000 SKUs. This allows us to comprehensively supply companies in Poland and abroad with packaging materials, and we are an official distributor of manufacturers such as tesa® and Skropak.
The support of our advisors does not end with a quotation request or order. For years, we have been sharing the experience gained from working with hundreds of companies from industries such as automotive, furniture manufacturing, steel, home décor and many others, showing how to optimise both packaging time and packaging costs.
Who do we work with and who do we work for?
In our daily work, we speak with business owners, logistics managers and purchasing specialists. We advise on how to optimise packaging costs by selecting the most suitable packaging materials. We have particularly strong experience in industries such as:
- Automotive industry – manufacturers of parts and accessories as well as distributors.
- Furniture industry – both manufacturers and e-commerce companies.
- Construction industry – construction and renovation companies as well as manufacturers and distributors of building materials, machinery and tools.
- Window and door systems industry – manufacturers and distributors of window profiles, fittings, gates, roller shutters, doors, etc.
- Glass industry – from utility glass and decorative glass to medical glass.

We operate throughout Poland and across Europe. We have two locations – in Bydgoszcz and Sosnowiec.

Dedicated account manager
When your field advisor is out meeting clients, a stationary account manager takes care of your order and answers your questions. And when you're busy, we will remind you when it’s time to replenish your stock – our advisors act as your eyes in the warehouse.
Recyclable packaging
We care about the environment – 100% of our proprietary products are recyclable. All of our products are manufactured using recycled materials. Last year alone we used 400 tonnes of regranulate obtained through recycling.

Our history
Foundation of Mac-Graf
Initially, we focused solely on the sale of films and tapes used to secure goods. In the following years, we expanded our business to include the sale of additional packaging materials as well as accessories and equipment used in the packaging process.
Opening of our branch in Sosnowiec
This improved our logistics and allowed us to respond more quickly to the needs of customers in southern Poland.
Launch of LDPE bubble wrap production
This was implemented as part of the sectoral Operational Programme “Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises”. The rapid growth in bubble wrap sales led to the further development of the company and the purchase of additional production lines. As a result, our product range expanded and our competitiveness increased. We also extended our operations to a much larger area. Today, we work with customers throughout Poland and in several European Union countries.
Launch of PE foam SONG production
At the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technology Park, we launched production as part of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme 2007–2013, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Thanks to the new patented production technology, our existing offer was expanded to include additional products: SONG polyethylene foam, laminated SONG foam and perforated SONG foam in the form of cross-perforated strip materials.

She has been with our company for many years and has worked at Mac-Graf since 2007. Since 2013 she has been managing the accounting department.

He joined our company in 2008 as a production and warehouse worker. He is currently the Technical Manager.

Our CEO has been managing the company since 2002 and has many years of experience in business. He began his professional career as a sales representative.

Leszek started his career in the company as a warehouse worker and within two years was promoted to Production Manager. Today he serves as Director of Production and Technology.

Warehouse Manager
He started his career in our company as a production and warehouse employee. Since 2025, he has been serving as Warehouse Manager.

She has been working in the e-commerce industry for over 8 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Analytics and Business Intelligence from Kozminski University. Her clients are not just numbers — she also believes a good team player should be a great teammate.

Since 2024 she has been responsible for marketing at Mac-Graf. She has been involved in marketing and communication for 13 years. She gained experience in companies such as NEUCA Group and ERGO Hestia. She enjoys expanding her knowledge and brings an endless stream of new ideas.

Prizes and awards
Mac-Graf Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz implemented a project within the framework: Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014-2020, measure 3.4 Working capital subsidies, and Operational Programme for Eastern Poland 2014-2020, measure 1.5 Working capital subsidies, under the name “Working capital subsidy for Mac-Graf Sp. z o.o.”
The company received non-returnable support in connection with disturbances to the economy resulting from COVID-19.
Value of the project: 291,875.31 PLN (in words: two hundred ninety one thousand eight hundred seventy five zlotys 31/100), including 100% of ERDF support.
The project resulted in support of liquidity and current operations of the Company.
Wartość projektu: 291.875,31 PLN (słownie: dwieście dziewięćdziesiąt jeden tysięcy osiemset siedemdziesiąt pięć zł 31/100), w tym 100% wsparcia EFFR.
