Poly bubble mailers – key features

Mac-Graf poly bubble mailers are an increasingly popular solution for packaging products without increasing shipment volume, which directly impacts transport costs.
Unlike standard paper bubble envelopes, our mailers are manufactured entirely from durable, multi-layer MDPE film with a thickness of up to 75 microns, ensuring reliable protection during transit.

Traditional paper envelopes, although popular, have their limitations – they absorb moisture easily and may tear during parcel sorting. Our poly bubble courier envelopes eliminate these issues 100%, providing reliable protection throughout the shipping process.

Thanks to the use of MDPE film instead of paper, our envelopes are fully resistant to moisture, tearing, and harsh transport conditions. They provide ideal protection for sensitive goods, including clothing, jewellery, and important documents.

What is the difference between a poly bubble mailer and a standard bubble envelope?

A standard bubble envelope is made of paper coated with PE.
Our poly bubble mailer is manufactured entirely from film (MDPE outer layer and inner bubble film), making it fully waterproof and significantly more resistant to tearing.

Is 75-micron MDPE film strong enough?

Yes, it is a very high thickness standard.
Most standard poly mailers on the market have a thickness of around 50–60 microns.
A 75-micron film provides exceptional puncture resistance and is considered a premium, heavy-duty option with enhanced durability.

Can I order mailers with my own logo?

Yes. As a distributor, we fulfil orders for custom-printed poly bubble mailers with up to 8 colours, allowing for full shipment branding; however, this option is available exclusively for wholesale orders. We do not offer customised retail orders.
